My new year’s resolution is to go out on my own in 2010 and open up my own business. I recall seeing a list of business start-up ‘friendly’ cities. Does anyone know where I can find this list?

I had another question if that’s ok? Is it true that if I work from home, my home insurance won’t cover my business? This doesn’t sound right.
It’s true, unless your home insurer is aware that you operate a business out of your home, your business won’t be covered.
